CAMPANIA REMENSIS 2017

Raphaël vinified this uncommon quality rosé from 40yo plants in the town of Ormes, with its fragile shading coming from the expansion of 5% Coteaux Champenois (pinot noir). LES BEAUX REGARDS 2017

Ludes 1er Cru

100 percent Chardonnay (12.5% alc.)

0.45ha of 50yo plants in the bundles of Beaux Regards and Les Clos on mid-incline in Ludes (1er Cru) – the dirt is extremely fine-grained earth with limestone and rock. The racier side of chardonnay comes through clearly and clear in a wine worked around thickness and surface. Lemon confit, apricots, cream, wild blossoms, and flavours are intertwined in a profound, expressive, and age-commendable champagne.
